Sub Diego rebuilds, slowly but surely. Lorena makes sure of it. She helps out wherever she can, not just with fighting crime, but repairing buildings. Of course, she makes Arthur join her when he's not busy. But she mostly works with the citizens.

Over time, she can see the people become more optimistic. As Sub Diego becomes more home-like, citizens start to truly settle in. They haven't just laid down and taken the sudden change. They've started to make it their own, a true city instead of a fallen one.

Lorena grins, proud of just how far they've all come.
